DiaMath (Diamond Math) offers a challenging and engaging approach to enhancing your problem-solving abilities. The fundamental concept of DiaMath centers around determining the values for the two empty spaces within the diamond structure. In this pattern, adding the left and right numbers yields the bottom number (sum), while multiplying those same numbers produces the top number (product). Understanding this rule marks just the initial phase. As you progress, you will inevitably encounter queries such as identifying two numbers that multiply to produce x yet add up to yield y. Despite placing emphasis on addition and multiplication, DiaMath also evaluates your skills in subtraction and division.

Consequently, the factored form of x^2 – 7x – 18 emerges as (x – 9)(x + 2).
